The Festival of Kites and Colours...

Saying goodbye to winters,

Sun will now be closer to our land.

Harvesting their fields,

People again have a reason another,

To come together and join hands.

Call it Lohri, Makar Sankranti, Pongal or Uttarayan,

All mean the same,

Afterall, to be with our loved ones and have fun,

Is the only purpose in the end.
